REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at godinus@team77.co with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
• Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :)
• We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.

When will my order ship?

All sizes are  Made-to-order, made in limited quantities. Placing a pre-order guarantees your piece before the site closes and secures your spot in the next shipment.

Pre-orders are currently in production and can take 3–5 weeks to complete. Our team will keep you updated every step of the way until your order ships.

What is your return or exchange policy?All sales are final, though we do offer size exchanges if available. We are committed to making sure you love your pieces.

How do I know what size to order?

Our hoodies and bottoms are designed with a comfortable baggy fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend going with your normal size. You can reference our size chart or reach out and we will personally help you choose the best fit.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Yes. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and our support team will assist you.

Are these pieces true to color?

Every item is photographed in natural lighting and edited to match real life as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, though the product looks even better in person.
